主讲人介绍:
GeorgeKuczera教授毕业于美国哈佛大学,获博士学位,已在澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学执教二十余年,现为工程学院教授;担任任国际水文科学协会(IAHS)水资源系统委员会(ICWRS)副主席;前澳大利亚工程协会水工程国家委员会主席;澳大利亚eWater CRC计划的主持者;澳大利亚工程协会水工程国家委员会委员;Journal of Hydrology和Nordic hydrology编委,并为多个TOP SCI期刊的审稿专家;开发了水文模型REALM 和 WATHNET;George Kuczera教授的出版物Australian Rainfall and Runoff, Book IV成为澳大利亚洪水评估的行业典范;为改良洪水频率指导方针和开发相对应的支持系统和软件做出了突出贡献。
